Hello! My name is Techie. I make profile pictures for any players in Team Fortress 2(Yes, I only make TF2 profile pictures) and the tool I use is this game called Garry's Mod. If you'd like me to make a profile picture for you, just ask. I'll politely accept as long as the picture has to do with Garry's Mod or Team Fortress 2. I will not accept any other game categories(Unless I install some skin addons to do so).
